Spend 4 days being served healthy food in a beautiful setting, enjoy 2 sessions of yoga a day, swimming in a heated pool, take a relaxing massage, paddle boarding on the lake, mountain biking the trails, visiting local markets or simply relaxing on a sunny terrace surrounded by the peace and quiet of mother nature.
The yoga sessions are more aimed at beginners to intermediates rather than a die hard yogis’. The food is fresh, local produce to be enjoyed with good local wines, this is not a detox retreat 🙂
Maison Tranquil welcomes Lara Osgood from Yoga-Mindfully. We’ll be combining 4 days of healthy eating with Yoga practice in a beautiful, relaxing setting. Lara is a qualified Yin & Hatha instructor, having recently returned from Bali, Lara will share with you her passion for practising different styles of yoga, emphasising breathing techniques to calm the mind coupled with gentle yet powerful moves to give your body a good workout. The pace is set to suit all, beginner or experienced, do as much or as little as you desire.
Lara, having previously fulfilled a successful career in the corporate world understands the pressures of modern daily life and is keen to share her knowledge to help others relax, improve circulation, flexibility, feel grounded and therefore lessening stress and anxiety in the body and mind. The opportunity for meditation is available for those that would like to try it.
The aim of this retreat is to enable you to recharge your batteries. Take in the beautiful scenery, rest in comfort, be served nutritious, local food (and wine!), experience yoga and meditation, indulge in a massage and enjoy a few laughs with new friends…. Return home feeling revitalised and refreshed.

September 2017 we hosted a week of yoga and mediation with Marie Karterud from Sweeden. She specialises in providing immersive courses structured around yoga, mindfulness and with a focus on providing and teaching raw food.
June 2015 we hosted a week of yoga and meditation with Mirja. Mirja of Dharani Yoga is an experienced yoga instructor who provides a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga sessions, as well as mindfulness sessions. Healthy food options and accommodation included. Airport, public transport transfers available to make your break a more relaxing and enjoyable one.
June 2014 we hosted a week of Wellness and Yoga. The week was structured around healthy eating with fresh fruit smoothies, broths and healthy vegetarian dinners. The instructor providing a busy schedule of yoga and meditation sessions, with seminars on general mindfulness and wellness.
