June 2014 we hosted a week of Wellness and Yoga. The week was structured around healthy eating with fresh fruit smoothies, broths and healthy vegetarian dinners. The instructor providing a busy schedule of yoga and meditation sessions, with seminars on general mindfulness and wellness.
June 2015 we hosted a week of yoga and meditation with Mirja. Mirja of Dharani Yoga is an experienced yoga instructor who provides a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga sessions, as well as mindfulness sessions. Healthy food options and accommodation included. Airport, public transport transfers available to make your break a more relaxing and enjoyable one
September 2017 we hosted a week of yoga and mediation with Marie Karterud from Sweeden. She specialises in providing immersive courses structured around yoga, mindfulness and with a focus on providing and teaching raw food. We are extremely happy to announce that Marie is returning to Maison Tranquil to host 2 week long Yoga and Raw Food courses in September 2018.
