Maison Tranquil is the prefect spot to come and relax and unwind.

June 2014 we hosted a week of Wellness and Yoga. The week was structured around healthy eating with fresh fruit smoothies, broths and healthy vegetarian dinners. The instructor providing a busy schedule of yoga and meditation sessions, with seminars on general mindfulness and wellness.

We are hosting an additional course this June. Mirja of Dharani Yoga is an experienced yoga instructor who will providing a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga sessions, as well as mindfulness sessions. Healthy food options and accommodation are included. Airport, public transport transfers available to make your break a more relaxing and enjoyable one
